Last updated: October 19, 2026

AllerClip™ ("AllerClip," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our customers and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, purchase our products, personalize medical identification cards, create an account, subscribe to our communications, or otherwise interact with AllerClip (collectively, the "Services").

Our practices are governed by applicable privacy laws, including Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

We seek to limit the information collected to what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

3. Sensitive Medical Information and Personalized Cards

AllerClip offers personalized medical identification products that may contain sensitive personal or health-related information.

When you submit information for a personalized medical ID card, that information is used to prepare, verify, manufacture, and fulfill your order, as well as to provide related customer support.

Medical information submitted for personalization is not intended to be used for advertising, marketing profiles, or unrelated commercial purposes.

Because medical information may be sensitive, AllerClip seeks express consent where required by applicable law and applies safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

If you provide information about another person, including a child, you must be authorized to provide that information, such as by being the child's parent or legal guardian.

Please do not send medical information through ordinary email. Use AllerClip's designated secure, order-based personalization form for entering or updating medical identification card details.

Once manufactured, medical identification cards are designed to display the information selected by the customer. Anyone who can physically view the card may be able to read that information.
